Years ago, I was exactly where you are now

😫 Uncertain about investment strategies

I didn't know which properties to choose or why. There was no clear plan—I was just hoping to make a profit on whatever seemed affordable.

😫 Not seeing returns

I would invest time and money into properties, and all I’d see was minimal income or value appreciation, which would crush my motivation.

😫 Struggling with financial management

I would start a strategy, then "life" would happen (unexpected expenses, market changes, etc.), and my financial planning would get totally derailed.
